The Hotel and the services offered:
1) Do you have a swimming pool?
The Hotel Beaurivage has a large outdoor swimming pool of about 100 square meters (h. cm 140) with heated water and always exposed to the sun, is surrounded by a relaxation area equipped with sun loungers and a relaxing garden.
The pool is open from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. and the entrance is included in the price of your stay.
2) Do you have a wellness centre?
The wellness oasis is located on the first floor and consists of a whirlpool bath, a counter-current swimming pool, a sauna and emotional showers.
Entrance to the wellness oasis costs a total of €25 for 3 hours of exclusive use with your partner or family, while massages and beauty treatments can be booked with our specialised staff for a fee.
To enjoy maximum relaxation, on the top floor of the Hotel, with a breathtaking view of the entire Riviera, you can access the panoramic sun terrace.
3) Where can I leave my car?
Our structure is provided with a free, uncovered, video-monitored and private car park (not shared with other hotels).
The car park is called Green Parking and is located in Via del Prete 117, just 100 metres from the hotel and very easy to reach on foot.
As an alternative, if you wish to have your car directly at the hotel, we also have a garage, upon reservation and payment, at a cost of € 10 per day.
N.B. In the garage inside the hotel the maximum height is mt. 1,65.
4) Can I connect to the internet via Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in all public areas and rooms.
5) Are there bicycles?
Yes, the hotel provides men’s and women’s bicycles with front seats approved for children weighing up to 15 kg.
6) Is there air conditioning?
Yes, both in the common areas and in all rooms, and it is included in the price of your stay
7) Which services are NOT included in the price of the stay?
a) Tourist tax (€ 2 per adult per day, for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are exempt).
b) Extra drinks at the bar (coffee, aperitifs…).
c) Drinks from the minibar.
d) Wellness oasis at a cost of €25 for 3 hours exclusive use.
8) What time is check-in and check-out?
You can check in from 14.00 onwards. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.
(Depending on availability, it is possible to request a late check-out for a fee)
9) What do the Privilege and Privilege Plus formulas include?
They always include:
a) Drinks with meal(s): water, local wine or alternatively beer and soft drinks (coke, orangeade and lemonade).
b) 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds from the 4th row, per room, at our partner beach Malù 90-93. For the first rows, please let us know and we will take care of the beach reservation (the difference must be paid to the lifeguard).
10) Which beach do you have an agreement with?
We have an agreement with the Malù 90-93 beach, right in front of the hotel.
This is the most innovative beach in Cattolica and among its many services, it offers its customers:
a) a swimming pool for adults and children with hydromassage and water games
b) daytime and evening entertainments, mini club, baby sitter and play area with creative workshops
c) nursery cabin and changing-rooms
d) gym, water aerobics and zumba lessons
e) beach volleyball, beach soccer, beach tennis and bocce courts and table tennis table
f) free Wi-Fi
g) pedalo hire
h) hot showers
i) bicycle parking
j) games and mattress deposit
Times & Restaurant:
11) What does breakfast include? What time is breakfast served?
If you are an early riser, from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. you can already enjoy the Early Breakfast formula (coffee and croissants) served on the panoramic terrace. Breakfast is buffet style and is served from 8.00am to 10.00am on the seafront terrace with panoramic views of the coastline.
You will find tempting sweet dishes, including homemade cakes and pies, fragrant croissants and freshly prepared crepes, or if you choose the savoury breakfast you will find cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, fresh bread and much more….Accompanying everything with a good coffee served espresso or a creamy cappuccino as at the bar.
12) What time are lunch and dinner?
You can freely access the restaurant room with sea view from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. for the buffet lunch and from 7.15 p.m. to 8.45 p.m. for the gourmet dinner served.
13) Are lunch and dinner buffet style?
Lunch is served as a buffet while the gourmet dinner has a choice of 5 first and second courses (fish and meat are served every day) which will be served at your assigned table by your waiter, while hors d’oeuvres, vegetables, fresh fruit and desserts will be served as a buffet.
You are not allowed to enter the dining room if you are wearing shorts, shorts, swimming costumes, tank tops or barefoot.
14)Are you a hotel for celiacs?
We are not a hotel for celiacs because we do not have a separate kitchen. We would like to point out which gluten-free foods we offer, but we would advise you to bring the products you are used to, so that you always feel as safe as at home 😉
Services for Little Guests and 4-legged friends:
15) I am travelling with a child; what are the dedicated services?
On request, the Hotel can provide cots or safety rails and in the dining room safe, approved high chairs.
16) Are you a Family Hotel?
No, we are not a Family Hotel.
There is no entertainment at the hotel, but you can find it all day long at Malù beach, our partner beach.
The outdoor swimming pool is open to all children but accompanied by an adult.
Bicycles are equipped with approved front seats (for children up to a maximum of 15 kg). We do not have prams or bicycles for children.
17) I am travelling with my 4-legged friend, is he allowed in the hotel?
Yes, 4-legged friends of small and medium size are welcome in the hotel.
An extra € 5 per day is required for the use of ad hoc products for cleaning the room.
They are allowed in all common areas with the exception of the restaurant rooms.
The use of crockery, textiles and hotel furnishings is not permitted for the handling of animals.
Any damage caused to structures or things will be charged to the owner.
The beach with which we have an agreement has implemented the “Yes We Can” policy, creating special areas for pets.
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
18) How do I confirm the room? Do I need a deposit?
You can reserve your room through our website, by phone, email or choose it directly from the quote we sent you.
At the moment we do not require any deposit, you will be contacted later to confirm your room with a 30% deposit.
19) How to pay the rest of the stay?
The balance can be paid up to the day before your departure date from 8.30 to 12.00 and from 19.30 to 21.00.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, cash (up to the maximum limit allowed by law) and cheques, which must be paid 5 (working) days before departure.
20) Can I change the dates or cancel my stay?
The deposit is never returned.
If the cancellation is made at least 15 days before, our establishment offers the possibility of recovering the deposit in another stay of greater or equal duration to the cancelled stay.
If you feel more secure, we strongly recommend that you insure your deposit with Allianz Insurance.
The hotel is always at your disposal should you need to change the dates of your stay.
Dates can be changed (keeping the same number of days) without incurring penalties up to 15 days before the arrival date (subject to availability).
In the case of late arrivals or early departures, penalties will be charged for the cost of the stay in bed and breakfast only.
21) Is there an insurance policy?
The Hotel Beaurivage has stipulated an agreement with Allianz Assicurazioni at reduced rates which allows you to protect the deposit paid and guarantee full cover in the event of cancellation.
