The following is a list of answers to the questions we are asked most often.
The Hotel and the amenities offered:
1) Do you have a pool?
Hotel Beaurivage has a large outdoor pool of about 100 m2 (depth 140 cm), with heated water and with constant sunlight. It is surrounded by a relaxation area equipped with loungers, and a restful garden.
The pool is open from 9:00 to 19:00 hrs and access to it is included in room rates.
2) Do you have a spa?
Our basement floor houses the spa, open to guests of 14 years and above. It consists of a hydromassage tub, counter-flow swimming pool, sauna and emotional shower. Access to the spa is included in room rates, and massages and beauty treatments are available on request at an extra charge.
For the last word in relaxation, our panoramic solarium terrace, on the top floor of the Hotel, has a breath-taking view of the entire Riviera.
3) Where can I leave my car?
Our large, free, private car-park with CCTV security is only 100 metres from the Hotel.
Spaces in the Hotel’s basement car park (height limit 170 cm) can be booked subject to availability at a cost of € 10 per day.
4) Will I have a free Wi-Fi Internet connection?
Yes, the Hotel provides men’s and ladies’ bicycles with front seats approved to take children up to 15 kg in weight.
5) Do you have bicycles?

6) Is the Hotel air-conditioned?
Yes, it is provided in the communal areas and in all rooms, and is included in the room rates
7) Which services are NOT included in the room rates?
a) Tourist tax (€ 2 per adult per day, for a maximum of 7 days. Children below 14 years of age are exempt).
b) Bar orders (coffee, cocktails, etc.).
c) Items used from minibar.
8) What time do I have to check in and out?
You can check in from 12 noon. If you arrive earlier, please let us know in advance so that we can plan to hand over your room keys as soon as possible. Rooms must be vacated 10:00 hrs at the latest on the day of departure.
(Late check-out, with a charge payable, can be requested subject to availability)
9) What is the difference between Full Board and All Inclusive?
In addition to full or half board, the All Inclusive formula also includes:
a) Drinks with meals: water, local wine (red Sangiovese and white Trebbiano) or beer and soft drinks (coca cola, orangeade and lemonade).
b) 1 beach umbrella and 2 loungers from 4th row and back per room at our beach club, Malù 90-93. If you require an umbrella in the first three rows, let us know and we will make the beach booking. However, you will be required to pay the additional charge to the beach attendant.
10) At which beach club do you have special rates?

Times & Restaurant:
11) What does breakfast include? What time is it served?
The buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 hrs on the sea-front terrace with a panoramic view along the coast.
You will find a delicious assortment of sweets, including home-made cakes and tarts, fragrant croissants and freshly-made pancakes, or if you prefer a savoury breakfast our selection includes cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, fresh bread and much more ….All accompanied by a good espresso coffee or creamy cappuccino, freshly made for you.
12) What time are lunch and dinner?
Access to the sea-view restaurant is at any time from 12:30 to 13:30 for lunch and from 19:15 to 20:30 for dinner.
13) Are lunch and dinner buffets?
At lunch and dinner, you have a choice of 3 pasta/soup and 3 main courses (fish and meat are served every day) brought to your (assigned) table by your waiter. Hors d’oeuvres, vegetables, fresh fruit and desserts are on our buffet.
Guests are not admitted to the dining-room if they are wearing shorts, swimsuits or vests, or with bare feet.
14)Do you cater for celiacs?
We are not a Hotel for celiacs because we do not have a separate kitchen. However, on guests’ request we are able to provide some basic products (gluten-free bread and biscuits at breakfast/meals, and indication of gluten-free dishes on the menu).
All the same, our advice to you is to bring your usual products with you, to give you a complete sense of security
Services for children and pets:
15) I am travelling with a child; which specific services do you offer?
On request, the Hotel is able to provide camp cots or bed rails, as well as approved safe high-chairs in the dining-room. For the youngest guests, we provide the special “Mickey Mouse” room with adjoining kitchen, where mums can prepare meals themselves; the Hotel provides vegetable stock, puréed vegetables, olive oil and Parmesan cheese every day.
16) Are you a Family Hotel?
No, we are not a Family Hotel.
We do not operate an entertainment service, but you will find one running all day at the Malù, the beach club where we offer special rates.
The outdoor pool is open to all children, who must be accompanied by an adult at all times; the indoor relaxation area is only open to guests of 14 years and above.
Our bicycles have approved front child seats (for children up to 15 kg). We do not have strollers or kids’ bicycles.
17) I am travelling with a pet; is he admitted to the hotel?
Yes, small and medium-size pets are welcome to the hotel.
We simply request a supplement of € 5 per day for the specific room cleaning products required.
Pets have access to all communal areas except the restaurant.
Hotel crockery, fabric items and bed linen may not be used to care for animals.
Any damage to property will be payable by the owner.

Booking Procedure & Cancellation Policy:
18) How do I confirm my room? Is a deposit required?
You can book your room by telephone or email, or choose it directly from the quote we sent you. When you definitively confirm your booking, you are kindly requested to send us a deposit, of € 300 for standard rooms and € 600 for Suites and Large rooms, by bank transfer, postal order or credit card (except for last-minute bookings, for which we will charge the amount to the credit card when the booking is made).
19) How do I pay for the rest of my stay?
The balance can be paid until the day prior to departure, from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 19:30 to 21:00 hrs.
We accept payment by credit and debit card, cash (up to the maximum legally permitted amount) and cheques, which must be banked 5 (five) working days prior to departure.
20) Can I change my dates or cancel my stay?
a) In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit is NOT refunded.
If you cancel your holiday up to 15 days before arrival, we give you the opportunity of recouping the deposit paid against another holiday of the same or longer length as the one cancelled, during the current season.
b) We enable you to request a change in the dates of your stay, without incurring any penalties, up to 15 days before arrival (subject to availability and for the same number of nights). In case of late arrival or early departure, the bed and breakfast rate will be charged, in accordance with the international regulations.
21) Is insurance available?
Hotel Beaurivage has taken out insurance with Allianz at special rates which enable you to protect your deposit and obtain complete cover in case of cancellation, interruption or delayed start of your holiday.
